Parent/Community Issue Resolution

Polaris Charter Academy is committed to partnering with our families and our community to answer any questions and resolve any concerns promptly. 

• If you are a parent with a school-based concern or issue, please reach out to your child’s teacher to schedule a meeting.
• If the concern needs to be elevated to the school administration, please call 773-534-0820 to schedule an administrative meeting.
• If you are a community member with a school-based concern or issue, please reach out to our Director of Community Engagement, Tammy Vance, by emailing tvance@pcachicago.org or calling 773-706-8552 ext. 804

Polaris is committed to the timely resolution of any parental/community concerns.  Once you contact the school, someone will reach out to you within 24 hours (M through F) to schedule a meeting or communicate the next steps.
